What personal data we collect and why
Orders & account
When you place an order, create an account, submit a gift-message request, or request support, we collect the details needed for that action. These may include your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, and account data. PayPal handles payment credentials.
Comments
If you leave a comment on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus your IP address and browser user-agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS); visitors can download and extract location data from uploaded images.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep account sessions, carts, checkout, order-status forms, and wishlists working. YITH WooCommerce Wishlist uses a session cookie to remember saved products for guests. PayPal may set cookies when its payment interface is used.

Order and account records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal or tax obligations. Comment metadata is retained indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically.
Your rights
